Stephen Esposito, DDS

I am a second-generation dentist, and was raised just a few miles from the practice! I graduated from Hinsdale Central High School and attended Loyola University Chicago on academic scholarship. After graduating from the University of Detroit-Mercy for dental school we moved to Westmont where my family fell in love with the warm neighbors, great shopping, and warm community. My wife, Brigid, is a teacher at Fenwick High School, and I have two young boys.

My education and passion for the profession has only grown since dental school. I have attended many courses of continuing education including Spear, participate in the “Inspire” study club for training for complex and multidisciplinary dental rehabilitation cases, and taken courses on many topics from sleep apnea to implant placement. Through all of my experience and education, I’ve learned that though my focus may be on oral health, serving a patient is really about understanding and treating the entire person.

Although I pride myself on being a community dentist (I live only 5 minutes from the office), outside of the office, you might find me attending my boys’ extracurricular activities like boy scouts and sports, cooking for the family, attending social functions (we love community trivia nights and Crusin’ Nights!) or just out and about in the community. We love being local, and enjoying local events and shopping around Westmont, Clarendon Hills, Hinsdale, Oak Brook, and Downers Grove.

I truly feel that the greatest part of healthcare is forming a firm and trustworthy connection with patients and community where education and advocacy serves as the backbone for ethical, sensible, and comprehensive care. I want every patient to feel that they are both well cared for and that we’ve excelled for them in every regard!

Healthcare is complicated, and patients need a healthcare team that thinks critically and with the patient’s best interests at heart. It my honor to be your dentist and my privilege to create and support an environment where every patient is heard, and feels safe, comfortable, and at home.
